I’m a writer, artist, and trauma-informed wellness coach with a lifelong love of storytelling and a fascination with what makes us human.
Whether I’m writing fiction, creating children’s books like My Beau Bo Wears a Bow, or sitting with someone as they find their way forward, it all comes back to one thing: listening for the stories that shape who we are.
